Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of perfumes and cosmetics, all sales are final once the product is opened or used.

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and unused.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Damaged / Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at serendibperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Opened or used perfumes/cosmetics

• Gift cards or promotional items
